3. Products & Services

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, availability, and pricing. However, we reserve the right to:

Modify or discontinue items without prior notice
Limit quantities per order
Substitute items of equal or higher value in case of unavailability (with your consent)

4. Orders & Payments

Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or phone.
Full payment must be made before delivery or at pickup (unless otherwise agreed).
We accept payments via iDEAL, bank transfer, Tikkie, or cash (for local customers).

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your order details, delivery address, and contact information.

5. Delivery Policy

We offer home delivery across Utrecht and surrounding areas.
Free delivery is available for orders above €10; otherwise, a delivery fee applies.
Delivery slots are based on availability and will be confirmed after order placement.
Delays due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen issues are possible; we will do our best to inform you.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products:

Returns are generally not accepted unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
If there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
Refunds or replacements will be issued at our discretion.

7. Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placing the order.
For large or custom orders (like catering), cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations may incur a fee or partial charge.

8. Pricing & Taxes

All prices listed are in Euros (€) and inclusive of applicable VAT unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to update prices at any time.
